What could this possibly mean?


It appears that consumer spending is finally taking a hit. But not for all retailers. I wonder why those guys at the bottom of the chart are doing so well?

B/c the rich are doing well, as you see the middle class/working class stores not doing well.

What that chart shows is that the poor and middle class already have everything they need, so they've stopped shopping. The wealthy, however, are finally freed by the Bush administration from the horrible taxes they have suffered under for so long, so they are finally gettting to buy the things they need.
